The auditor was appointed by the extra general meeting on October 26, 2021. Deloitte AB was appointed auditor and Jenny Holmgren was appointed as auditor in charge.
Before October 26, 2021, the auditor was Ernst & Young AB with auditor in charge, Micael Engström. The change of auditor was made as Ernst & Young will not be able to contribute the resources as one acquisition-intensive company that VO2 requires.
Before August 17, 2021, the auditor was Öhrlings PricewaterhouseCoopers AB with auditor in charge, Lisa Albertsson. The change of auditor was made due to the reverse acquisition by VO2 Cap.
