Douglas has founded and run over 20 companies, with 5 exits: gaming (Ladbrokes Nordic); media (Nyheter24-Gruppen); E-sports (Fragbite), medtech (Exoneural Network) and properties (Riviera Strand). He is currently on the board of one Nasdaq (Stockholm) listed company: Investment AB Öresund (investment company with SEK 7 billion in assets).

Furthermore, Eva Strand has held the role of CFO Haglöfs with the leadership of a strategic plan for the establishment of Haglöfs in the global "Outdoor" market. Eva Strand has also been Finance Director for GlaxoSmithKlinen AB and American Express Norden.
